On 25 March, Blue by Alain Ducasse will host a five-course wine pairing dinner celebrating the traditions and craftsmanship of some of Europe’s most respected vineyards.
For this special evening, Chef Evens has composed a menu guided by the rhythm of the seasons designed to unfold naturally throughout the dinner.
Accompanying the menu are rare expressions from historic estates whose vineyards have shaped their regions for generations. Among them are iconic names:
- Château Pichon Baron in Pauillac
- Château Suduiraut in Sauternes,
- Quinta do Noval in Portugal’s Douro Valley
