On 19 January 2026, Blue by Alain Ducasse hosts a special 6-Hands Experience bringing together Chef Evens López, Executive Chef of Blue, Chef Kevin Wong of Seroja, and Chef Dej Kewkacha, named Asia’s Best Pastry Chef 2025.

Chef Evens López brings a seasonally driven French cuisine shaped by creativity and finesse. Chef Kevin Wong is known for his modern interpretation of Southeast Asian heritage, drawing from the flavours and traditions of the Malay Archipelago. Chef Dej Kewkacha completes the experience with desserts defined by precision and depth.

The six-course tasting menu unfolds in alternation and succession, allowing each chef’s perspective to stand on its own while forming a cohesive experience.
